02How can I reset my account?
Go to the login page and use "Forgot password". If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, write to support@sycotrade.com from your registered email.
03Do you provide trading advice?
No. Sycotrade is a journaling, discipline and analytics platform. All content is educational only and not SEBI-registered advisory.
04How do refunds work?
Refunds are considered for duplicate transactions, failed delivery or billing errors when requested within 7 days of payment. Approved refunds take 5–10 business days.
05How do I contact technical support?
